“I called over the weekend to leave a message for a call back on Monday, but to my surprise Gary called back within the hour. My sink was clogged but I couldn’t have a plumber over immediately due to my schedule, so we scheduled an early Monday appointment. The plumber called before he arrived, I was his first appointment, and he identified the problem quickly. It was in the walls, not merely in the trap, the result of a long term issue that had built up over time. He made sure the pipes were completely clear and the seals tight before he finished up, and also identified a leak in my sink strainer due to my excessive use of Liquid Plumber (whoops). Fortunately, he had the right parts on his truck and he fixed that too. I was very pleased with the entire experience!”
